Preceptorship Fees & Policies
The fees listed below are to be paid by the trainee to the ACP. After the training has occurred, the ACP will send a check for the appropriate amount to the Preceptor, less an administrative fee per trainee ($200 for ACP Members and $550 for non-members).

Cancellation Policy
Trainee Cancellation
- The trainee may cancel or reschedule eight (8) or more weeks prior to the training at no charge.
- If cancellation occurs seven (7) to five (5) weeks prior to the training, the trainee will incur a $200 cancellation fee.
- If cancellation occurs four (4) to two (2) weeks prior to the training, the trainee will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the training fee.
- If cancellation occurs two (2) to one (1) week prior to the training, the trainee will not receive a refund.
- If cancellation is due to a medical emergency or a death in the family, and the trainee is able to reschedule within a six month timeframe (from the date for which the original training was scheduled), the trainee will not be charged a cancellation fee
- Once training has started, no refund will be provided.

Preceptor Cancellation
- If the event that the Preceptor cancels, the trainee will receive a full refund.
NOTE: If a Preceptor cancels twice, he/she cannot be a Preceptor for a period of six (6) months. If there is a third cancellation, the preceptor will be removed from the program.
