This public education brochure, written in clear, non-technical language, is a 12-page, saddle-stitched pamphlet developed in 2008. With an eye-catching title of “Treatment of Varicose and Spider Veins – Patient Info” and printed on glossy paper, it can be customized with your office information (affixed as a label to the back.) The trimmed size is 9” tall x 4” wide -- suitable for your front office or patient mailings.
Price: $50.00/set for members; $100.00/set for non-members (each set contains 100 brochures)

Patient Education Treatment Pad
The
American College is committed to the advancement of vein care and we have
created another tool to help you communicate with your patients. For use in your office
and treatment rooms, the Treatment Pad, "YOUR PERSONALIZED TREATMENT PLAN" can
be used to explain and diagram treatment plans for either the patient’s right or
left leg and have a place for the patient’s Name and Date. Made of high quality
paper, the pages are usable with markers and will not bleed through the
heavy-weight paper. Each pad contains 50 sheets. These 8.5 x 11, customizable sheets (we provided an area at
the top where you can place a sticker or stamp with your practice name and
contact information) are a perfect complement to the ACP Treatment
Poster.
