The American College of Phlebology is currently seeking video submissions to be added to the Annual Congress Video Library. The deadline for submissions is September 1, 2008.
Selection Criteria
Videos should provide phlebological demonstrations (maximum 30 minute) that are of professional quality and include audio narration in the English language. No commercial bias may be present.
Videos will be selected based on the following:
• Visual Quality
• Audio Quality
• Procedural Technique
• Uniqueness of Topic
NOTE: We have a special need for Endothermal Ablation using RF or Laser of Truncal & Perforating Veins, Ultrasound Guided & Cosmetic Foam Sclerotherapy, and Ultrasound Techniques.
Submission Instructions
Videos must be submitted as MPEG-1 files on DVD. Four copies should be mailed to the ACP Headquarters Office at address below:

In addition to mailing the DVD’s, the submitter must also send in a completed application form and disclosure of interest form.

Submitting a video implies the total acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The authors keep their intellectual rights on the work.
• Videos submitted will not be returned. Please do not send originals.
• Shipping expenses will be paid by the submitter/author.
• Selected participants will be notified by email only (email address is required on application form)
• The accepted videos will remain in the ACP Video Library archives and may be made available for viewing through the ACP website.
• Recognition for Submitters
• Recognition will be given to the authors of the accepted videos in the following ways:
• Announcement during the 22nd Annual Congress General Sessions – This will be to let attendees know there are new videos available for viewing in the video library.
• PowerPoint slide to be shown during the 22nd Annual Congress General Session that includes the titles of the videos along with the name of the authors.
• Listing of all newly accepted videos and authors included in the 22nd Annual Congress pocket program booklet.
