Member Services Manager, Nikki Mendez, joined the ACP this past September, and has played a vital role in supporting the ACP membership ever since.
“I see my job as a connector for the incredible network of members the ACP has built,” stated Mendez. “Whether through finding coding and reimbursement answers, important practice management resources, or representing the ACP at various medical conferences, I am the point of contact for the organization.”
From Membership Director at the Castro Valley Chamber of Commerce to Director of Membership at one of largest chambers in the Bay Area, the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Nikki has built her career on understanding, and meeting the needs of members.
“By cultivating skills of adaptability and a curiosity for vein-care, I’ve been able to pivot quickly and impact the ACP and its members,” noted Mendez. “In the short time that I’ve been here we’ve implemented an Ambassador program, improved renewals, and developed a substantial recruitment campaign for new members.”
As a mother and grandmother, her home life is pretty busy, as well. When she’s not in the office, she’s making sure grandkids get to school in the morning and to sporting events on the weekend.
