Networking Opportunities
The ACP has a culture of sharing knowledge, education and practice management to work towards our mission to Advance Vein Care and to establish standards of patient care in phlebology. Network at events, volunteer opportunities, or through our three Special Interest Sections; Nursing Section, Ultrasonography Section and Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant Section. We have connections for every physician and/or provider. Membership is not a requirement to get involved. Find A Provider Database and Public Awareness
ACP has been heavily involved with public awareness projects to help the public understand vein disease and how it can be treated. We are involved with different types of media to promote phlebology and educate the public. Our website and microsites lead to our Find A Provider Database that lists ACP Members. The public can search for providers that are in their area by searching for their zip code and maximum miles they wish to travel. Resource for Coding and Reimbursent and Practice Managemt

Preparation for Board Certification in Phlebology

Preparation for certification as a Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RPhS)
ACP’s Ultrasound Section along with CCI created a ultrasonography certification designed for the phlebology professional. This certification is given by CCI, but the preparation can be done through The American College of Phlebology. We have video, review course advanced ultrasound course.
