Download Premier Active Application“Active” is a Premier Membership Status for Physician Members who wish to play a more active role in the American College of Phlebology. This status also serves as a path toward becoming a Fellow of the American College of Phlebology (FACPh). Active Members must be recommended by two Active, Fellow, or Honorary ACP Members and have at least one year of membership and regular attendance to our meetings. Active status provides two important benefits beyond those associated with a basic membership:
- Use of the ACP Logo on your website and other marketing materials
- Eligibility to apply for Fellow Status
Requirements for achieving Premier Active Status are:
- Must be a member for at least one year
- Provide evidence of prior attendance to one ACP annual congress or regional symposium, or of membership in another society that is a member of the International Union of Phlebology.
- Provide letters of support from two (2) Active, Fellow or Honorary Physician Members of the ACP. For a list of active members, see list below, for Fellow and Honorary Members use links provided abov
- Approval of application by the ACP Board of Directors
- Application fee is $50
- Annual Dues payment of $465.00/year
