Benefit Assessment Survey Recap and Q & A

Thank you to all members who participated in the Benefits Assessment Survey. We had over 500 responses and we are actively still collecting. We will send out Q & A from the survey throughout the year. We want you to know how much we rely on your feedback so that we may improve our service. Q: I would like a copy of the ACP powerpoint presentation mentioned in the survey.
A: You can find the powerpoint on the member side of the website http://www.phlebology.org/resources/references.html see bottom of the page.  Link on presentation and it will prompt you to login if you aren’t already logged in. It will take you to the ACP Online Member Center and you can opt to view or download.  It is very large, so please allow some time to download depending on your computer processor.  If you need help logging in, contact Carlos Menjivar, Membership Coordinator at membership@acpmail.org.

Q: I didn’t know about all of these products existed?  How can I get them?

Q: We would like to see an ACP Video or Powerpoint for our patient waiting rooms..
A: ACP’s public education committee is developing a dvd that will be appropriate for ACP Members’ patient orientation/waiting rooms.  ACP’s speaker’s bureau committee is taking the large, professional powerpoint and will be scaling it down to be smaller and tone down the contact to be more accessible to the average patient.  We hope to have at least one of these items ready by November 2010.  Stay Tuned!
